The 21st of June is just a few days away! The very ambitious music festival 'European Music Day" is confirmed and you can get more info on the organization and line-up of every stage on the Xia Mass website (greek language). The line-up and timetable for the electronic stage, located at the large dock at the neoria premises, are as follows:

This Side Music members are proud to be involved in the organisation and setup of "European Music Day" at our hometown of Chania. On the 21st of June, Linny Berret & Lee Fraged will present a "This Side Music" special showcase set, with past & future releases along a line-up of artists like Asbest! (Dr Walker's electropunk band) with (Bad) Bad Tom, dj Palo, Absent without leave, Nikolas Valsamakis and Omni4m.
A couple of weeks ago 'TDN006' was silently released, our first This Side Down LP by Gregory Davis aka Tha Silent Partner. Following his 'Amateur' release (TDN002), he presents his vision in a longer and more complete form in 'Pro-Amateur', resulting in a very diverse & compelling sound.
Look out for Double Trouble new EP on This Side Up in a few days!

Well, March has been a rather static month for this website, but that does not mean we've been totally inactive. First of all, we prepared two new releases for April, with the first one coming up this Friday by Dominique Jacquinet on This Side Up - a three track deep tech EP, as the announced remix has been rejected - and towards the end of the month you'll get another This Side Down treat, this time by slovenian newcomer Atom Numb with a completely dope set of tracks! Also we got two more releases ready for May by Double Trouble & Tha Silent Partner on This Side Up and This Side Down respectively. Lots of good music coming up, so stay tuned!
On a happy note, dj Jimmy Jib has organized a This Side Music night in Athens this Thursday, a day before our new release. Join him at Cantina Social, Leokoriou 6-8, at the Psyrri area, and get to listen to all the aforementioned releases and of course all the current ones!

Mr. DT with his first son, Nikos Congratulations for our dear friend and This Side Music artist Double Trouble as last week he had his second son! He's gonna get busier now, we suppose, but that doesn't mean he won't be around to deliver more house music... Meanwhile, we have the final masters for TUP003 on hand, so Mick Chillage's EP will be available online this Friday, last day of the month. So, don't forget to tune in and check out this awesome release! Mailing list members should receive their upfront download links tonight.
